Les archives ouvertes s’inscrivent de plus en plus solidement et durablement dans le paysage documentaire de l’enseignement supérieur. Si les organismes de recherche ont été précurseurs pour la création d’archives ouvertes, les grandes écoles, mais surtout les universités ont désormais massivement rejoint le mouvement. W artykule omówiono – na przykładzie Uniwersytetu Opolskiego – trzy obszary działalności informacyjnej oraz komunikacji naukowej na podstawie sieciowego obiegu informacji z wykorzystaniem sieci Internet – udostępnianie światowych baz danych w ramach tzw. licencji krajowych, uczelnianych repozytoriów instytucjonalnych oraz realizowanie polityki otwartego dostępu. Obszary tej działalności należą obecnie do strategicznych zadań zespołów, które odpowiadają za zarządzanie dostępem do informacji naukowej.

Para el analisis del impacto de la implementacion se han definido ocho indicadores que se han analizado en Google Search y Google Scholar segun el caso: visitas, visitas a registros bibliograficos, documentos descargados, impresiones, clics, CTR, posicion media en la SERP y posicion en la SERP que fueron analizados durante dos periodos consecutivos de un ano, antes y despues de la implementacion. It can therefore be considered that almost all HEIs now offer a green open access repository or signalling solution to their researchers. The « still in progress » or suspended projects are rather related to the current recomposition of the Higher Education landscape. Author Rights vs Self-Archiving in Spanish Scientific Journals

AbstractThe paper analyzes publishers’ copyright policies and self-archiving conditions of Spanish scientific journals. Data are extracted from the directory DULCINEA that contains information of 1318 Spanish journals, of which 775 (61%) allow some form of self-archiving to be about 60% of the post-print version and allowing them 87% of the deposit of the version of record. In 72% of journals the deposit can be performed immediately after publication and in 16% after article acceptance. 72% of the journals are freely available without charge to the user this figure raises up to 86% if free access after an embargo is considered. L'articolo vuole focalizzare che la funzione dei depositi istituzionali non e' quella dell’archiviazione di una collezione ma quella della condivisione di informazione e di servizi per gli utenti che facilitano questa condivisione.

The observations are based on preparing for procurement of a Current Research Information System (CRIS) at the University of Jyväskylä.
